Grievance Redressal Cell (GRC)

  1. Candidates Grievance Redressal Cell (GRC) was formed on 01 Februrary 2012 and its charter of duties are as under:-
    1. Enquiry through telephone.
    2. In person.
    3. By Post.
    4. By Email.
  2. Enquiry through Telephone:-
    General information sought by the candidates will be cleared by the GRC itself, whereas the critical information sought by the candidates will be cleared by contacting the concerned sections.
  3. In person:-
    Candidates approaching the GRC in person are asked to submit the application and the same will be forwarded to the concerned Sections for their reply. The reply received from the sections, will be subsequently intimated to the individual on the same day itself.
  4. By Post:-
    Mails received from the candidates will be sent to the concerned sections for their reply and the same will be directly communicated by the section to the candidates with a copy to GRC within three days.
  5. By Email:-
    General information sought by the candidates will be cleared by the GRC itself, whereas the critical information sought by the candidates will be sent to the concerned section with a specific form for their reply and the same will be communicated to the candidate on the same day by email.
